The Gloucester Retirement System (GRS) is one of 104 Contributory Retirement Systems in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Member units are the Gloucester Housing Authority, City of Gloucester, and Cape Ann Transportation Authority.  The system represents approximately 579 active participants and 509 retirement members.
